1. Introduction

Welcome to Studio KMA.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Services

Studio KMA provides:

• Custom printed canvas art
• Ready-made canvas sets
• Custom printed wallpaper
• Large-format print services
• Related design and installation services

All products are custom-made, printed to order, or produced to order unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Canvas Orders

All canvas orders require full payment upfront via the available payment methods at checkout.

Production will only commence once payment has been received and confirmed.

3.2 Ready-Made Canvas Sets

Ready-made canvas sets, including curated canvas sets, are printed and produced to order once payment has been received.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct set size before placing an order.

Room images, lifestyle images and product mockups are provided for display and guidance purposes only. The final product supplied will be based on the set size selected by the customer at checkout.

3.3 Wallpaper Orders

Wallpaper orders may require:

• A design/artwork deposit, where applicable
• Full payment upon written approval of the final proof prior to printing

Any artwork or design deposit paid may be credited toward the final order if the project proceeds.

Artwork deposits are non-refundable if the client chooses not to proceed after design work has commenced.

4. Proof Approval

For custom canvas or wallpaper orders, clients may receive a digital proof for approval before production.

It is the client’s responsibility to review:

• Dimensions
• Artwork layout
• Spelling
• Cropping
• Colour representation

Please note that screen colours may vary slightly from the final printed product.

Once written approval is provided, the order is considered final and production will begin.

Studio KMA is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

5. Custom-Made and Made-to-Order Products

All Studio KMA canvases and wallpapers are custom-made, made to order, or printed to order unless otherwise stated.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, custom-made and made-to-order goods are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defect, courier damage, or an error caused by Studio KMA.

6. Pricing and Quotations

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Written quotations are valid for the period specified on the quotation.

Installation pricing, where applicable, may be subject to site inspection and confirmation of measurements.

Prices displayed on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated.

7. Pricing, Shipping and Order Errors

We take care to ensure that all product prices, delivery charges, product descriptions and product information on our website are accurate.

However, in the event of an obvious pricing error, shipping error, product configuration error, stock error, technical error or other clerical mistake, Studio KMA reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer in full.

Where possible, we will contact the customer first to explain the issue and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or corrected delivery charge. If the customer does not wish to proceed, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

This clause is intended only for genuine errors, such as incorrect pricing, incorrect shipping charges, incorrect product setup, or technical faults that allow an order to be placed at an unintended price.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, courier services, delivery area and order volume.

For selected launch products, delivery to main centres within South Africa may be included in the product price. Where delivery is included, this will be shown on the product page and at checkout.

Outlying areas may incur an additional delivery fee. If an additional delivery fee applies, Studio KMA will contact the customer before processing the order.

Studio KMA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier providers, incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

9. Installation Services

Where installation services are provided:

• The client must ensure the site is ready and accessible
• Walls must be prepared appropriately unless otherwise agreed
• Additional charges may apply if unforeseen site conditions arise

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, mockups, visual material and product imagery created by Studio KMA remain the intellectual property of Studio KMA unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients confirm that they have the legal right to use any artwork supplied to Studio KMA for printing.

Studio KMA shall not be held liable for copyright infringement resulting from client-supplied artwork.

11. Colour and Product Variations

Minor colour variations may occur between digital screens, digital proofs and final printed products due to differences in screen calibration, lighting and printing processes.

Minor colour variations, small production tolerances and normal variations inherent in custom printing processes do not constitute a defect.

12. Limitation of Liability

Studio KMA shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of profits
• Courier delays outside our control
• Colour variations due to screen calibration differences
• Minor variations inherent in custom printing processes
• Errors approved by the client during proof approval

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the product supplied.

13. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.

All content on this website, including images, product imagery, mockups, branding and written content, may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission from Studio KMA.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
