Returns & Refund Policy

1. Custom-Made Products

Most Studio KMA canvases and wallpapers are printed or produced to order.

For custom-made products, once artwork proofs have been approved by the client and production has commenced, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged on delivery, or incorrectly produced by Studio KMA.

2. Ready-Made Canvas Sets

Ready-made canvas sets, including curated canvas sets, are printed and produced to order once payment has been received.

Because these products are made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference once production has started.

Please check your selected set size carefully before placing your order.

3. Proof Approval for Custom Orders

For custom canvas or wallpaper orders, clients may receive a digital proof for approval before printing.

It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review:

• Artwork
• Sizing
• Spelling
• Layout
• Cropping
• Colour representation, noting that screen colours may vary slightly from the final printed product

Once written approval is received, Studio KMA proceeds to print and the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Email clear photographs of the damage
• Include your order number

If the issue is confirmed as a production defect, courier damage, or an error caused by Studio KMA, we will either:

• Reprint the item at no additional cost
• Offer a replacement
• Offer another suitable solution where appropriate

We do not offer refunds for custom-made or made-to-order products unless a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.

5. Shipping Issues

Studio KMA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.

However, we will assist in resolving courier-related issues where possible.

6. Colour Variations

Please note that slight colour variations may occur between digital screens, digital proofs and final printed products due to differences in screen calibration, lighting and printing processes.

Minor colour variations do not constitute a defect.

7. Pricing, Shipping and Order Errors

We take care to ensure that all product prices, delivery charges, product descriptions and product information on our website are accurate.

However, in the event of an obvious pricing error, shipping error, product configuration error, stock error, technical error or other clerical mistake, Studio KMA reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer in full.

Where possible, we will contact the customer first to explain the issue and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or corrected delivery charge. If the customer does not wish to proceed, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

This clause is intended only for genuine errors, such as incorrect pricing, incorrect shipping charges, incorrect product setup, or technical faults that allow an order to be placed at an unintended price.
