Shipping policy

We deliver within South Africa.

For selected launch products, delivery to main centres within South Africa may be included in the product price. Where delivery is included, this will be shown on the product page and at checkout.

Outlying areas may incur an additional delivery fee. If an additional delivery fee applies, we will contact the customer before processing the order.

Standard production and delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered, order volume, courier availability and delivery area.

If a shipping charge, delivery option or delivery area is displayed incorrectly due to a technical, clerical or system error, Studio KMA reserves the right to contact the customer, correct the delivery charge, or cancel and refund the order in full if the customer does not wish to proceed.
